family-run pet service from jersey

We are a local, family-run business focused on providing the best pet care and services. We understand that pets are like family so we strive to treat all animals under our care like our own. We believe in going the extra mile to ensure both owners and their pets are as happy, comfortable and confident in our services as possible. We offer dog walking with experienced staff who are competent in canine first aid. As well as pet sitting by responsible and caring individuals. We can also offer a pet taxi to help transport your furry friend anywhere locally. Bespoke services are also available so please feel free to get in touch and we will gladly tailor a service to suit your needs.

Your pet will enjoy the full attention of an experienced Dog Walker as the only dog in these sessions. This can be either on or off lead, depending on the owner’s request and the quality of pet’s recall. Our Dog Walkers are competent and comfortable with all breeds and with JSPCA’s Canine First Aid Certification.

Group walks are a great opportunity to socialise your pet in the company of other like-minded dogs. Our experienced Dog Walkers encourage positive interactions and plenty of play. They have also completed the Canine First Aid course with the JSPCA. Group walks can be off lead at the owners request provided recall is at an acceptable level. We can also use long line leads for complete safety and your peace of mind.

If you need to transport your pet locally, we can provide safe travel with a licensed and friendly driver. From a calm trip to the vet to an exciting stay with friends, we will transport your pet with care, understanding, and providing an appropriate environment for their trip.

This service allows your pet to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home whilst you’re away. We will arrange for a respectful Pet Sitter to provide exercise and companionship in your absence, either overnight or daily visits. We will attend to all of your pets needs including replenishing water, toilet breaks and/or administering medications.

If you would like for your pet to be cared for outside of their home we can arrange for them to stay with one of our experienced Pet Sitters. Please be aware that we have limited spaces and availability for this service. Contact us for further information.

If there is a service you require that isn’t listed please get in touch. We will always try to fulfil the needs and requests of our clients with understanding and an open mind. Don’t be shy, contact us for more information.

We are fully insured with a trusted UK provider for all of the pet services that we offer.

Of course! We’d love to get to know both you and your pet. We understand the importance of creating a connection with animals and therefore insist on a meet and greet to get to know one another before any booking is made.

Absolutely. We will do our best to ensure your pet is happy and relaxed in our company. We will gladly come to your home to get to know them before a service begins. If your pet will be around other animals whilst in our care we will slowly introduce them in a controlled environment.

In an emergency, we will contact you immediately to discuss the situation. If we are unable to contact you (or your emergency contact) and urgent veterinary attention is required we will take your pet to your nominated veterinary practice or alternatively the nearest vet depending on the circumstances.

All services require a 50% deposit upon booking and paid for in full fourteen days prior to their start date. All services are non-refundable.

Yes. We ensure all of our walkers are comfortable and confident with all of the breeds and temperaments of the dogs they will be walking. Where necessary, training is provided.

We are insured to exercise up to six dogs per walker. However, we typically walk no more than four dogs at a time to ensure we have full control for complete safety.

All of our walks are for a minimum of one hour, not including pick up and drop off. If your dog requires longer or shorter walks we can tailor a solo walk to your specific needs.

Where possible walks are carried out in green spaces, country lanes, or beaches. We vary the locations in order to provide variety for your dog. If you would like to specify an area for your dog to be walked we would be happy to discuss it with you.

We ensure only like-minded dogs of a similar temperament are walked together. In the event your dog doesn’t get along with the group we will attempt to match them with a different pack where scheduling allows. If this isn’t possible, solo walks can be considered.

Most of the time, yes. You will have a dedicated walker.  However, there may be occasions due to illness or annual leave where we will need to switch walkers. They will be fully briefed on your dog’s specific requirements.
